Terrible customer service! Reached out to them for support and they do not reply to emails and just put you on a wait list which is never ending! We are just ignored! Theme is flawed: Wide display doesn't work, can't add buttons/text on home page. Product variants show wrong pricing. Their solution: Hire external paid help they won't help! Update: Another issue, and another time they don't help.

We previously owned a successful online store, using shopify & ab out of sandbox theme. So when we decided to create a new online business, both shopify & out of sandbox were out natural first choice. We love the Retina theme & had awesome help, from Bianca at Out of Sandbox. Highly recommend them.
Great support! Nothing has ever gone wrong with our theme, but I do contact Out of the Sandbox when I'd like to make changes. They are always very helpful and stick with your ticket until you are satisifed.
Excellent theme, with many flexible options and great features. The support team helped me resolve a number of issues, although it took longer than what I'd expect, but at least they got back with a solution at the end. keep it up!

We've fixed several cosmetic and functional bugs.
Fixes and other improvements
- Fixed back-in-stock form submissions to show the correct product variant.
- An error is no longer shown in place of dynamic product recommendations for single-product collections.
- Sections set for wide display now appear the correct width on Android browsers.
- Fixed issues with the product page URL where analytics parameters were not being passed properly.
- Fixed column framework display.
- Fixed issue with product description tabs breaking when containing list item tags.
