To participate, you agree to these terms, which become part of theShopify Merchant Terms of Service(the“Shopify TOS”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined here follow their definitions in the Shopify TOS.

How to Earn Promotional Shop Cash

  • You may earn Promotional Shop Cash if: (a) your business is located in the US, (b) you have been invited to participate in the Promotion through the Shopify website, (c) you complete the required action as specified in the invitation, (d) you successfully pay for one billing cycle for an Eligible Plan, (e) and the Store is compliance with the Shopify TOS (altogether, the“Earning Criteria”).
  • “Eligible Plan”means the Shopify paid trial (upgraded from a free trial), Shopify Basic, Shopify, or Advanced services plan.
  • Activities completed before you are invited to participate are not eligible to earn Promotional Shop Cash. You must successfully complete the Earning Criteria while the Promotion is active.
  • You may earn a maximum of $50 USD of Promotional Shop Cash per Store.
  • You may only earn Promotional Cash on one Store per Merchant Account.

Promotional Shop Cash

  • Shop Cash Terms Apply:Promotional Shop Cash is available only to registered Shop App users who are residents of the U.S and meet the eligibility requirements set for in the Shop Cash Terms of Service and is subject to theShop Rewards Terms and Conditions(“Terms”).
  • Redemption:You will have 30 days to redeem your Promotional Shop Cash by activating it within the Shop App. You are able to redeem one Promotional Shop Cash incentive per buyer Shop account. You may only use Promotional Shop Cash when acting as a buyer. You may not use Promotional Shop Cash in your own Store(s).
  • Awarding Promotional Shop Cash:Promotional Shop Cash can take up to 7 days from your first bill for Shop Cash to be issued.
  • Expiration:Promotional Shop Cash will expire 30 days after you have activated your Shop Cash by applying it to your Shop App profile.
  • Non-Transferable:Promotional Shop Cash is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with any other offer. Void where prohibited.
  • Eligibility:If you change your country or plan, the promotion is no longer valid. Migration to a new (ineligible) plan will override the promotion. For instance, if you start on a Basic plan and then switch to a Plus plan Promotional Shop Cash will no longer be available.

Miscellaneous

  • Eligibility; cancellations:Determinations of eligibility for this offer will be made in Shopify’s sole discretion. Shopify reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or promotional credits (including Promotional Shop Cash), if fraud, tampering, technical errors, or violations of Shopify’s TOS are suspected.
  • Changes; termination:Shopify reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion or these terms at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Notice:Any notice provided by us with respect to these terms will be deemed provided the day it is posted on our website.
  • 适用法律:These terms and this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
  • Severability:If any provision in these terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the portion of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
