Amount off discounts

1. From theShopify app, go toStore>Discounts.
2. From theDiscountspage, tap the+button.
3. From theSelect discount typemenu, tapAmount off productsorAmount off orders.
4. UnderMethod, ensureDiscount code被选中。这是默认选项。
5. In theCodesection, enter a name for the new discount code, for example,15offnecklaces. To generate a random discount code, tapGenerate code.
6. Tap theValuefield, and select eitherPercentageorFixed amount.
7. UnderAmountorDiscount valueenter the discount's percentage or monetary value amount off.
8. TapApplies toand select what this discount applies to: all products, specific collections, or specific products.
   • Optional: If you want the discount to apply to specific collections or products, then chooseSpecific collectionsorSpecific products. Tap+and select the products or collections that you want to apply the discount to. Tap the check mark ✔ to save your changes.
   • To remove a collection or product from the discount, tap the pencil icon and deselect the product or collection.
9. Optional: If you have subscriptions set up on your store, then underPurchase typeyou can select if the discount applies toOne-time purchase,SubscriptionorBoth.
10. Optional: If you're creating a fixed value discount code that can be applied to specific products or collections, then you can checkOnly apply discount once per orderto limit the customer to using the code only once per order. Otherwise, the discount applies to all eligible products in the order.
11. Optional: If you have subscriptions set up on your store, then underPurchase typeyou can select if the discount applies toOne-time purchase,SubscriptionorBoth.
12. Optional: If you want to set a minimum requirement for the discount, then select one in theMinimum requirementssection:
    • Minimum purchase amountrequires customers to spend a minimum amount to qualify for the discount. If the discount applies to a specific product or collection, then only these items contribute to the minimum purchase amount.
    • Minimum quantity of itemsrequires customers to order a minimum number of products to qualify for the discount. If the discount applies to a specific product or collection, then only these items contribute to the minimum quantity amount.
13. TapCustomer eligibilityand select who this discount applies to: everyone,specific customer segments, or specific customers.
    • Tap+and select the customers or groups of customers that you want to apply the discount to, and then tap the check mark ✔ to save your changes.
    • Customer listings show the email used to register for your store. If no email was provided, then the listing shows the customer's phone number.
    • To remove an individual customer or group of customers from eligibility for a discount, tap the pencil icon and deselect the customer or group of customers.
14. Discount usage is unlimited by default. If you want to limit discount usage, then tapUsage limitsand enable the usage limit options that you want to apply to your discount:
    • Limit number of times this discount can be used in totallets you set a total number of times that a discount can be used. For example, setting a limit of 200 allows the discount code to be used 200 times across your customer base. If you choose this setting, then customers can use the discount multiple times.
    • Limit to one per customertracks a customer's email address or phone number to limit the discount to one use per customer. This only applies to fixed value discounts.
15. TapActive datesto set the start date for the discount.
    • If you want to set an end date for the discount, then enableSet end dateand use the end date calendar to choose when the discount will end.
    • If you don't choose an end date for your discount, then it doesn't expire. If you want the discount to be valid for only one day, then select the same calendar day for both the start date and the end date.
16. Tap the check mark ✔.

7. UnderAmountorDiscount valueenter the discount's percentage or monetary value amount off.
8. TapApplies toand select what this discount will apply to:All products,Specific collections, orSpecific products.
   • If you want the discount to apply to specific collections or products, then chooseSpecific collectionsorSpecific products. Tap+and select the products or collections that you want to apply the discount to. You can select up to 100 products and variants. Tap the check mark ✔ to save your changes.
   • To remove a collection or product from the discount, tap the pencil icon and deselect the product or collection.
9. Optional: If you're creating a fixed amount automatic discount that can be applied to specific products or collections, then you can checkOnly apply discount once per orderto limit the number of times the discount will apply. Otherwise, the discount applies to all eligible products in the order.
10. Set a minimum requirement for the discount:
    • Minimum purchase amountrequires customers to spend a minimum amount to qualify for the discount.
    • Minimum quantity of itemsrequires customers to order a minimum number of products to qualify for the discount.
11. TapActive datesto set the start date for the discount. If you want to set an end date for the discount, enableSet end dateand use the end date calendar to choose when the discount will end.
    • If you don't choose an end date for your discount, then it will have no expiry. If you want the discount to be valid for only one day, then select the same calendar day for both the start date and the end date.
12. Tap the check mark ✔.

Steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, clickDiscounts.
2. From theDiscountspage, tap the+button.
3. Select the type of discount you want to create and fill in the details.
4. UnderCombines with, toggle the discount classes that you want your new discount to combine with.
5. Do one of the following:
   • If the checked discount combination class has active discounts, then you can click the displayed number to see a list of active discounts for this combination.
   • If there are no active discounts set up to be combined with the current one, then you need to set up discounts to combine later.
6. Tap the check mark ✔.
